Polyurethane foam professional summer VASmann summer 65+ is intended for installation of windows, front systems, window sills, door blocks from PVC, aluminum and wood. The product provides high heat and sound insulation performance, as well as high resistance to mechanical deformation. It has an optimal combination of the filling volume of the initial prepolymer and the yield of the finished product. It can be used in conditions of minimal humidity.

How to use polyurethane foam
Step 1
Screw the polyurethane foam bottle onto the mounting gun. Shake for 30 seconds
Step 2
Humidify the work site with a spray before and after work
Step 3
Adjust the feed rate with the screw of the mounting gun
Step 4
Fill the seams from bottom to top, approximately 3/4 of the volume of the mounting seam. Deep seams fill in layers
Step 5
Clean the gun for polyurethane foam with VASmann cleaner
When using the product, the temperature of the cylinder of polyurethane foam recommended by the manufacturer should be strictly observed when using - 18 °C - 25 °C
Humidification of the work site before and after application will allow to achieve a better product structure and accelerate the polymerization time
The surface at the work site should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, dust and oil stains. Do not apply on a surface covered with ice or hoarfrost
